I doubt it would work with the stock head unit. That's why I went with the
CDC-635.
Apparently the latest BMW's use 10-disc Pioneer CD changers. But models
before the '97 came with head units that could only get to the first 6
discs. This will be the same problem if you get the 12-disc changer on the
Saab.
