Subject: SAAB Dealer in Houston Texas



I cannot get phone calls returned from this dealer service and therefore
cannot schedule service.

Does anyone know of any alternatives for general maintenance and service for
SAAB's in
the houston area?

I have called the SAAB customer support 800 # but they say it is not their
problem and will not get involved.

Specifically I want to have a SAAB trailer hitch installed on my 900 SE. I
have the hitch, which I paid
dearly for direct from SAAB.

Also I am intersted in taking the scheduled maintance to a company that has
a better attitude about
their customers.
