Subject: Heater Fan Only Works on high setting



My 1997 900s 2.0 has developed a problem whereby the heater fan only works
when the control is set to max,  settings 1,2 & 3 do nothing at all.

The car will have to serviced soon anyway but should I be expecting a huge
bill?

Also I live in Guildford, Surrey (UK) can anyone suggest a good saab
specialist to use as the main dealer I used lastime who specialise in
Saabs, Lotuses and Subarus were a bit below par IMO.
