Subject: Which transmission oil?

Hello I'm the happy owner of a '94 900S 2.0i with a manual transmission. At present time it has managed 160K kilometers (100K miles). When I bought it, it had run about 143K. According to SAAB the transmission need no service, except for topping up the oil-level, but since one should treat ones car nice, I would like to change the oil anyway. My problem is: Which oil to use? My manual tells me to use 10W30 mineral oil, but says "for topping up", and nothing else is mentioned. My Haynes manual (I bought one for the 9000 series, since none is available for the newer 900's) also says to use 10W30 mineral oil, but doesn't mention at all, if this is for topping up only. Maybe the Haynes guys just forgot...... Does any of you have any knowledge of which transmission oil to use? Thanks Lars
