Even in Belgium we have that problem. A few dealers (and one in particular which I'm not going to mention) are so arrogant and think they know it all. Thank god my dealer and mechanic are great people and real Saab lovers. For example, I'm still a student and driving a humble 83 900 GLi. Everytime when something is wrong with it they'll try to get good parts from the backyard and they don't often count their hours. In fact they are of my best friends.
