Of course, you have to stay diplomatic, I never stated JR was a jerk, I just thought the whole idea about this newsgroups was that the people that are reading and participating in it are trying to share their problems with their cars i.e. Saab and try to find a solution. As I allready mentioned in another posting on JR's messages I find it too bad that he bought a bad car and maybe he bought it with a dealer that isn't worth a thing. I'm not reading this newsgroup just to see how wonderful Saab is, I'm trying to learn something about the cars which of course have their minor points.
