This one's really easy... the cable link to the motor has worked it's way loose. open the trunk and the door for the spare tire. you'll see the motor almost dead center towards the bumper. Undo the 2 screws that hold it in, and pull the motor forward. Hunt around in the well for the screw (or two) that's come loose and just put it back together (you can see how it fits easily). I added a drop of thread lock to each of those screws and the sunroof has never acted up again.
