How interesting. I just broke up with a girl after a nice relationship and her dad said he will give me their 1985 900 3-dr with 116K, that no one uses anymore. NO this is not a dowry!!! Originally the deal was for low blue book ($550) and my mechanic said no way. But he repaired the brakes that would have cost $600 for $90. I sense a new clutch ($500) in its future and their going to be other repairs that cost as much as the Blue book (brake master cylinder is leaking, new vacuum lines, etc. Now he will give me the car for *Free* so now what! I guess I just have to check the smog and he will sign the title over to me! On the condition that when I sell it I give them the money. \ I must say that my appreciation for their family is quite high I don't know about the concept of the value of the dollar. :) I guess I am just like George from seinfeld except I am 24. any commments?
