Bill, Unless it is written to the contrary, they cannot deny your warranty claims just because you have your car worked on by an independent Saab shop. The guys at API are Saab certified. In fact, one of them used to work at Euro MotorCars, but left because he was getting the long end of a long stick. So for oil and filter changes, as long as you have your documentation, they can cry, but they can't do anythingelse legally. I see by the laundry list, why I stopped going there.
