Kendall. It's the best dinosaur-based stuff I've used (I've used GT-1 (and SuperD-III in diesels and pickups)). Analysis shows 7000-8000 mile drains are fine for me, but I often go only 5000 because it's a nice round number. I've used Mobil1 with good results, but not on a variety of vehicles. Amsoil showed very poor sample results after only ~4000 miles in a transmission (automatic), their engine oil showed no better than Kendall GT-1 for me, and I am just trying some RedLine for the first time now.
