1) The horsepower for the Viggen will be 225 b.h.p. 2) The H.O.T. on the 1999 9-3 is on the same engine as the 94 (unless you have a convertible). The horsepower boost comes from engine management systems. 3) No, the Computer for a '99 is not compatible with your '94 4) The Viggen will have 3 colors, metallic blue, similar to the current Cosmic Blue, silver, and white I believe, though Saab has not oficially released that info yet. 5)
