Jerry, I own an 87 9000S 5spd with 164,800 miles. You don't say if your's is an automatic or 5spd. From my knowledge and expericence, check your lower and upper motor mounts. Give your harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) a very close look. If you can see rubber sticking out, it is the source of your vibration and getting ready to go. The condition of your serpentine belt is a good clue. Try a can of Berryman's B-12 Chemtool or their Total Fuel System Cleaner. This will clean your system, injectors and valves, as well as remove moisture from you fuel. The other thing that may be a problem is your fuel filter. If it is clogged or partially blocked, it can cause problems. Replace it. It is very easy. Ken Washington 87 9000S 87 900S 83 900T Upper Marlboro, MD
