Dear Steve, Sounds like the clutch slave cylinder needs replacing / overhauling - s/h slave cylinder should be about £30.00 and the seal kit less than £5.00 from a Saab dealer. A bit of a tricky job though - you have to get the clutch out after first removing all the turbo pipes etc. Good luck John (Try pumping hard on the clutch pedal a couple of times in the morning)
