Magne I believe it stands for Electronic Display Unit. It`s the part of the insturment panel that displays info from the trip computer plus the check engine light, low fluids lights, and with an automatic transmission it tells you what gear you are in. It`s at the lower edge of the instrument panel. Hope this helps. -regards, jerry c
