Does the T16 have engine speed related ignition advance ( Not the EKZ later version) while resetting the timing the other day it stayed at 16 btdc at all the way through the rpm range (vacuum off) I know the vacuum capsule advances and retards but my old 8V had speed advance via centrifugal weights in the distributor.
