Subject: clutch problem in '86 900s

I have a '86 900s (145,000 mil) with a clutch problem which I want to get fixed before it gets worse. The problem started about a week ago all of a sudden. Normally the when you push in the clutch there is constant pressure on your foot until the floor, now the pedal will move about half of the way down before any pressure is felt... do saabs have hydraulic cylinders (slave and master) to move the clutch in the transmission??? Would this be a big and expensive job to do, I do all the work on the car myself (I have access to a fully equiped autoshop at school and have done many repairs to the car before, it runs great!!) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sean Bouchard (seanb7nopsamail.com) '86 900s
