I have a similar problem in my '94 900S. Locking the driver's door manually or with the key causes the rear doors to lock but not the front passenger's door. The system recognizes this door is still unlocked and subsequently unlocks the rest of the doors. I believe the problem is a faulty power lock relay/motor, mounted inside the passenger door. The piece costs ~ $160 from a dealer, $75 from Trollhattan. I'll be getting one of these tomorrow to check. Seems to be another failure point on the NG's.
