If your Saab is non-turbo, then it does not have the APC (Automatic Performance Control) system. That is what the power hungry talk about tweaking or replacing a chip... What you can do to a naturally aspirated car is limited. You installed a larger exhaust system and a K & N air filter increase air flow, but you still have the same restrictive throttle body. It only lets so much air in. It is like putting headers and glass pack mufflers with a big carburetor on an older car and expecting it to kick butt. It does not work that way.
