Reinertsen Saab (in Denville, NJ) is my usual fix-it place and they're wonderful. I get a free loaner car when mine is being serviced. When on vacation in Maine, my exhaust system fell apart and the Saab dealer in Augusta stayed open a little late to fix it and didn't charge more than Reinetsen would have. And a Saab dealer in Princeton has these fun festivals where you get a free car checkover and get to test drive the new ones. So far I think the Saab dealers deserve that high satisfaction rate.
