Thanks for the detailled advice. I didn't authorize the $100 service, that's why I was so pissed. They just assumed I wanted it when I said "I think my A/C is broken, could you quickly look at that for me". I guess that means "I am stupid, take advantage of me". How do I find Four Seasons and Dayco? And what exactly did you mean by "convert the system"? New system or just new parts for the same system?
