Subject: Why not synthetic oil in gearbox?



I read somewhere that it is not good to have synthetic oil in SAAB 9000
gearbox. Whay? In Sweden we hawe cool winters and it is hard to shift gear
when temp is under zero (Celcius) and the engine is coold. Please give me
advice.... what oil can i use?
