Here is what I heard.  It is not allowed for sale anymore in Belgium because
government couldn't ask their normal taxes for it (in Belgium indeed they
tax you on power).

It is a replacement for the injection computer.  The 9-5 goes from 170 to a
bit over 200 hp.  Should be very impressive.
