At ~15psi, a device under the dashboard shorts power to the fuel pump. You can bypass it by locating it under the dashboard (near the driver's left knee) and disconnecting the two wires from the cutoff switch and shorting them together. Be sure you get the cutoff device and not the pressure transfucer - they look similar; both with two wires and a vacuum connection. -Justin
