Subject: Shattered Hood Ornament



Has anyone discovered their Saab hood ornament shattered due to extreme cold
temperatures?  I was in the Laurentian Mountains in Canada a few weeks ago
with temperatures nearing -50c with wind chill.

When I returned to Boston, I noticed the plastic blue logo insert in the
chrome plate on the hood was shattered.  Is this under warranty?  The car is
under 1 year old.
