ok, when power was much lower in the 60' and 70's the FWD helped control. the RWD handles more power. Thats why I think AWD is they key to future cars. Porsche, Audi, hell evev Volvo has AWD now, and Its about time production SAABs had AWD. as some of you may know, the rally SAAB car from 97 and others in 98 and 99 have AWD, and are fast as shit, 0-60 in less than 3.9 second from a 4 cyl! SAABs are one of the top 3 in the world in safty, and have pionered MANY auto motive things. And they still haul more tan most any car in the world. I think these BMW owners are just jealous.
