You may have to turn the rotors, if enough metal is left in them, or replace them. Whichever is the case, when you put your wheels back on, make sure you don't over torque the lug nuts. They should be no tighter than 80 to 85 ft. lbs. That is from the owner's manuals of my now defunct 87 900S 16V and my current 87 9000S 5spd. If the lugs are over torqued they can cause the rotors to warp and improper operation of the brakes, like squealing.
