250 BHP will not significantly reduce the life of your engine....as long as you take care of it well that is (same with any engine). Even with the stock 185 BHP engine....what percent of the time can you use full power in the real world...unless you're planning to drive to Montana and do a 1 hr top speed blast...U doubt even spirited driving would harm the engine....which dealer is offering this?? Sound like a bargin to me. 5k for a boost to 250 bhp, new suspension etc...if I didn't already own a 9-3 I'd definitly go for it!!
