Subject: Re: 9-3 Bad Odor

This rotten egg odor comes from the exhaust pipe of your car and it is the sign that the catalytic converter and all other anti-pollution systems in your car are working PERFECTLY ! If that rotten egg odor doesn't come -it is a sign that the anti-pollution systems in your car are malfunctioning (or needs service). Surely you have experienced this same odor coming from the cars which are speeding past you. Hard engine use (strong acceleration etc.) -more rotten egg odor. So... you are a victim of a gas containing very much sulfur (very typical for US gas(es) which are very low quality) and also typical convertible aerodynamics -sitting in a leaving air turbulence where is mixed a little bit exhaust gases coming from your car's exhaust pipe. In normal sedan or station wagon that turbulence comes behind rear class and tailgate but in convertibles it comes in some cases behing all that area behind windshield to tailgate. This is the case with all convertibles -so, not only Saab. I am sorry but I think that initializing a class-action in this case would be as brilliant idea as starting to complain that the car you just bought is blue when you wanted it to be blue ...do you understand ?
