so, these are the symptoms and the story...if you were a passenger in my car, you'd feel like i keep letting off on the gas. the rpms usually jump back up, and once in a while, it stalls out entirely. idles well, though. my first guess was a fuel filter. a mechanic said it that's probably not it...maybe it's the fuel pump. talked to another who agreed it's not the filter, nor is it the pump because the pump would be making grinding noises, which it isn't. he said it maybe the ignition, said Saabs had electronics problems back in the day. any thoughts? anyone experienced the same symptoms?
