driver's side power window..occasionally after i put it all the way down and immediately attempt to put it up (like after a toll booth or something), it does nothing. i wait a second and try it again. nothing. it eventually works but not always on the first pull up on the switch. what gives? the dealer at my 1K service looked at it and the service receipt said it was due to a timer. huh? i didn't get to follow up with them. why would this really be happening?
