The clutch on any car is a part that wears out and get replaced, just like the brake pads. Any mechanic can tell you roughly how much more % life is left on the disc (the part that actually wears). You could even examine it yourself if your so inclined The more gently you drive and the better you maintain (as opposed to fix) your Saab the longer everything will last.
