Hello Jan, It sounds as though you have located the noise in the overhead cam shaft area, if this is so and you have found that one valve seems to be loose then I would suspect that the pallet that is between the cam and the valve tip is seriously worn. Removing the cam shaft isn't too difficult if you have engineering know-how. Also, in doing this job you will be able to check out the cam chain and tensioner. Good luck, Mike.
