Subject: Electrical Problem on 1988 900



Hallo,

I have found recently that, with the headlights switched on, the engine
keeping running when I switch the ignition off.  The ignition will then
turn off after I switch the headlights off.  Is there a relay stuck
here?  Also, maybe related, I have noticed that the cruise control does
not operate with the headlights on.  Is this a design safety feature, or
connected to the ignition fault?
