I didn't notice the battery on that list, SAAB is about the only company that puts non-maintenance free batteries in their cars, I would check this. 48k miles? you might want to replace the clutch again... The cruise control switch often brakes, this you may want to also replace I can think of a few other things that have had to be replaced on my 97 starter relay fan relay
