John, It's got one switch for each window. The front two switches for the front windows have the normal down position, but if you press the switch further it activates a solenoid or something that makes the window wind all the way down on it's own. So it's one switch with three positions (one back and two forward). If I kinda press down onthe middle of the switch, and then operate the auto wind down, it works ... until I release pressure from the middle of the switch ... sounds like a switch prob to me ... but am not sure.
