Probably a problem with the wires going to the wheel-speed sensors in the rear. Greater weight makes the rear sit lower, bends the wires a little more, and the connection opens up. Usual troubleshooting procedure is to put the car on a lift, and have one person monitor the output of each sensor while another spins the wheels and wiggles the wires around.
