I've bought a shitpot full of parts from these guys. Tell him that Duane Dostie recommended them for service and that he *hoped* you would be treated with the same level of professionalism that *he* was. I'd be happy to scrutinize your diagnosis/invoice for glaring evidence of a screwing. Always dealt with me fairly. They have a very good reputation amojng the Saab community.
