I don't know if the pre-1994 Saabs are the same, but if it is and your stereo has two holes on either side, then you can make something very easily and quickly out of a coat hanger. Cut it into two lengths of at least 10" and then fold it into a "U". Insert both "U"s into the holes, insert your fingers into the cassette hole, and pull.
