Subject: whistling noise on hot days

I am getting an intermittent whistling noise with my 97 Saab 900 SE Turbo and I was wondering if anybody might know what it is or what is causing it. The noise seems to occur only at speeds above 100 km/h (i.e. 60 mph) and only on days when the temperature outside gets up to around 30 deg C (i.e. 95 deg F) or above. The noise seems to be coming from inside the dash. I've tried turning off the Automatic Climate Control but that has no effect. The noise persists. The noise can usually be stopped by reducing speed for a short time. Has anybody had this problem? Any ideas on what this might be or how to fix it? Thanks. Chris Schousboe
