Need advice as to increasing bhp for my 1999 9-3 saab convert. (turbo). looking for a chip to increase power. If anyone can point me to a manufacturer/shop, I would greatly appreciate it. Also how easy is it to install this? and how effective of a power increase is it? Also interested in performance air filters etc. and any small additions that will make a difference. thanks, Phil
