Brad, If you are talking about the main tensioner pulley for your serpentine belt, it is not hard to change. I changed mine on my 87 9000S a few months ago. Jack up your right front and remove the wheel. Remove the inside fender shell, and the pulley is a snap to get to. If you had a Haynes Manual for your 9000, you would see what I am talking about. You will have to replace the whole pulley, about $75.00, and the serpentine belt. When you install the new belt make sure not to tighten it too much.
