Console yourself that you only hear it because the rest of the body is so quiet, and everyone will know you are driving the V6! Meanwhile I will scoot along silently in my 2.3l 9-5SE. <g> Actually, the main reason I am replying to you post is not to gloat about the noise, but that your name brings back fond memories. I bought my first (of many) Saabs, a 2 door 99, in 1973 from a Len De Vries who ran the Saab dealership in Canberra Australia. The de Vries family must all have good taste, no matter where they live....
