I have a 1990 turbo cab with the "Airflow" body kit: front dam, side skirts etc etc etc. In the front of the dam, below the headlights, are two removable, rectangular, apertures. I presume that there is a foglight kit that bolts into the mounting holes? If so, a) Is it a SAAB part number or (more likely) a standard part from Hella or Cibie etc? b) What to do for the airflow for the oil cooler which just happens to be behind the aperture on the near side of the car?
