Dan: Your vibration might be caused by the CV boot. The outer boot is a relatively inexpensive $200 or so fix - the inner is much more costly ($800) due to the labor hours involved to get to it. This is just a suggestion - could also be just tires. My inner boot/joint is starting to deteriorate but I'm going to live with it until I have to get it replaced.
