Subject: Saab Keys?



I only received one original SAAB key when I bought my used 87 SPG
and one aftermarket key,the aftermarket key is worn and ready to break and
the original is just worn but solid.I went to the dealer to get a new key
cut and they said it would be $30.00! The SAAB keys are steel, and the
aftermarkets are brass.They said to give them my VIN# and they would call
SAAB to have a key made.There must be another solution for a DURABLE key
besides the dealer (am I wrong and insane?).I cannot believe this!
