I love the way my Saab 900 sticks to the road. It is a base 8 valve model with a manual transmission. For the money, it is a great deal, as it can hold its own on turns with the BMWs, Audis, Hondas etc. I will agree that the base engine is not much out of the light, but then I am getting close to 30 mpg on the highway.
