Try to reset the car. disconnect the battery and turn the key to start at least half a minute. then re connect the battery. then the computer in your saab starts over with factory default values and full turbo boost. If you use low octane fuel under 98 unleaded it may be the computer that turns down the turbo bost becuse of bad fuel. Then you dont get full turbo boost with out reseting the car. It worked on my car 9000 CD 89 Turbo.. Mattias Eric R.
