I know I have asked this many times and I know the turbo is supposed to glow sometimes...but my turbo lights up a crazy amount...it goes all the way up into the exaust manifold..its very scary...its an 88 9000T...is there anything like the catalytic converter ot some sort of exasut system that could casue this...it really lights up..It cools donw rather quickly but I know that that isnt good for metal...heating and cooling...casue metal to expand.Please help..I also have noticed on a cold start up..A small little spray comes out from an area of the turbo where two things are combined...its at the opposite end of spiral thing...in the other parts of it..
