I have an 84 900 turbo and had the same problem, where the parking brake would stick to the front brakes. I called AAA and he loosened the calipers with his hands, there is some wire piece that you can pull to pull them away. Then he used some motor oil and slicked the hell out of the hinge section and they I haven't had any problems since. Hope this works for you!! Mike, Virginia 1984 Saab turbo with 175K...they just don't quit!
