James: Welcome to the club! You've got yourself a real nice car there. #1: Easient way to distinguish between CV and wheel bearing is the type of noise, and when it occurs. A CV typically will make a "clicking" noise which increases when you turn tightly. A wheel bearing makes more of a "moaning" sound - similar to the noise of snow tires or driving on grooved pavement. Also take a look at the boot on the CV joint - it may answer your question. #2: As another poster indicated, most likely you've got burned-out bulbs in the instrument cluster. Not a fun thing to replace - you've gotta remove the top of the dash... #3: No first-hand info, but Townsend Imports (http://www.townsendimports.com/) has one listed for $475 that I suspect is new (not rebuilt). #4: There are a million possibilities here, but I'd look carefully at the motor mounts - they have a habit of failing. Also, I'd aggressively pursue oil leaks. Among other things, they tend to reduce the life of the motor mounts! Check the smaller vacuum hoses, too - they tend to crack at the ends and leak. Fixing them can cure a host of driveability problems. #5: My stock answer to headliner problems is a staple gun. Not pretty, but it works and it's cheap! James H. E.
